The award winning Red Yew Studio has moved it's classes online. Our virtual classroom offers live classes and a pre recorded programme with easy to follow lesson and short sequences. Each week in May we will add a video below to help you keep moving through lockdown.


 

WEEK ONE

The Clam, this exercise is fabulous for strengthening and toning, your bum and hips, the gluteal area of the body.

WEEK TWO

This exercise is great for strengthening the shoulder area, prep for press ups and brilliant if you spend a lot of time in front of the computer or driving.

Side lift from our fundamental programme. This exercise is perfect for targeting the muscles in the side of the body and helping to tone the waist line.
